Data Connection: MySQL

A step-by-step guide to connecting to a MySQL database into your knowledge base.

Connecting a MySQLdatabase

  1. From your knowledge base, select “+Data Sources”.
  2. Select "MySQL".

Configuration Steps

1. Name Your Data Source

Assign a meaningful name to this data source. This name will help you easily identify the purpose or nature of the link within your knowledge base.

2. Provide the Required Information

Provide the Host, Port, Database, User and Password information according to your MySQL database settings.

You may toggle on the SSL option as required by your MySQL database settings.
